When you subscribe to The Soap Artisan by the 14th of the month, you will get the box for the current month.
2.
Your box of handmade products will be shipped around the 18th of the month! We need time to create the your box of goodies, made just for you.

As soon as your box arrives, you can finally indulge in the sheer luxury of our handcrafted bath products. The anticipation is over—get ready to immerse yourself in pure bliss!
Q&A
All subscriptions ship at the same time – on or around the 18th of every second month. So it should end up at your door by the end of the month.
The cut-off date is the 14th, but if you miss the cut-off, get in touch with us at info@thesoapartisan.com.au, as we may have some spares.
For flexible Bi-monthly plans, you can cancel at any time. If you agree to a 6 month or 12 month subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period. However, this commitment is backed by our "SET YOU FREE" guarantee. If you're not satisfied after 3 boxes, you can cancel early and only pay the discounted rate from your first box. We do not do refunds on the already sent box. To cancel your subscription, log into your account.
Our box is only available in Australia.
Sure can! You can add a gift subscription to your cart. Choose the length of their subscription and be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.
Definitely not! You can skip or cancel at any time. Please note that if you are on a 12 month or 6 month commitment plan, you have committed to pay for that full period of the subscription. You can skip months during a commitment term.
When you subscribe to our 6 or 12-month plan, your commitment to the duration of your subscription comes with our "FREEDOM GUARANTEE." If, after receiving three boxes, you're not completely satisfied, you have the option to cancel early, and you'll only be charged at the discounted rate from your initial box. Your satisfaction is our priority.
